Every plate an officer's body camera reads on shift lands here — matched against the assigned vehicle and checked against the BOLO / hotlist. A read that doesn't match the officer's vehicle flags a mismatch; a hotlist hit raises an alert. Fixed street ALPR cameras are managed in the URSafe LPR product.
